SatSquatch is a valuable tool tailored for weather professionals and enthusiasts seeking to visualize imagery from the GOES weather satellites, namely GOES-16 and GOES-17, through an intuitive and responsive platform.

The standard version of SatSquatch provides access to a comprehensive range of base satellite layers along with custom derived products like true color or visible/infrared composite layers. The application offers users the capability to loop through up to 50 images and easily toggle overlays for locations, state borders, country borders, major highways, SPC outlook, and more.

For enhanced features, users can opt for SatSquatch Pro at $4.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial. This premium version allows the overlay of essential meteorological data such as METARs, temperature contours, and derived quantities like convective available potential energy (CAPE) from their bespoke mesoanalysis. The mesoanalysis feature updates every 15 minutes with a high frequency and fine resolution grid spacing of approximately 3km.
